Madrid Fusion 2016: For three days, this beautiful and culturally rich city will host the renowed Madrid Fusión-International Gastronomic Summit. Madrid becomes the world gastronomy capital.
This exciting event brings together the hottest internationally renowned chefs from around the globe, as well as good food enthusiasts in general and brings you the latest culinary trends.
It is a multicultural event with a range of activities; 70 technical demonstrations,18 training workshops, numerous tasting sessions of different products (oils, wines, hams, beers, coffees…), auctions of delicate gastronomic gems, tributes, conferences. More than 100 chefs from 14 countries will be present. Famous chefs such as Nobu Matsuhisa and Marcus Samuelsson join Spanish greats such as Arzak and Ferrán Adriá in demonstrating their techniques and sharing their exquisite culinary creations with cooking amateurs and professionals.
Of course you can choose your Madrid Fusion a la carte – the opportunity to select the activities in which you really want to participate – select your own menu while enjoying all the advantages of being a participant. The price for each Master Workshop is 100 euros. The Master Workshop attendees will also be allowed to enter the exhibition zone and to attend the activities held there.
Taste Spain will be held on the 25th, 26th and 27th of January. This festival has become the international gastronomic event. There will be a conference which will include topics such as new food intolerances, food healthy, full use of resources in the kitchen or scanning channel. There will be top professionals like Elena Arzak;Rodrigo de la Calle; Dani Garcia; Mario Sandoval; Susi Diaz; Sergio and Javier Torres; Angel Leon; Andoni Luis Aduriz;Javier Olleros; Azucena Sanchez and Carlos Javier Agapito Cristobal Village; Javier of the wheels; Alejandra Rivas and Jordi Roca; Diego Gallegos; Dani Ochoa and Luis Moreno; Sacha Hormaechea, Pepe Solla and Carmel Forest; Eneko Atxa and Jordi Butron. Products will be presented by companies such as Makro, Mahou-San Miguel, Paradores, Toscaf, Smoked Dominguez. Also new partners such as the fork, Northerners Group wil show case their products. Gastronomic tourism will play an important role through the destinies of Taste Spain and will present their products and gastronomic traditions. This year the flavors of geography participants of the conference are Sevilla, Valladolid, Logroño, Cambrils, La Coruna, Lanzarote, Sant Carles de la Rapita, Denia, Ciudad Real, Tenerife and Segovia.
