Folie Culinaire is a coproduction by trade magazine Culinaire Saisonnier and MECC Maastricht. This top-class event pushes the boundaries of the food industry and targets chefs, cooks, restaurateurs,
traiteurs, maîtres d’hôtel, pastry chefs and sommeliers. Professionals can attend the event by invitation only. On Wednesday, Folie Culinaire will open its doors to semi-professionals associated
with professional food and wine clubs. International master chefs will delight the senses at Folie Culinaire, which runs from 10 to 12 October 2014. The event is a veritable feast of culinary excellence that is all about seeing, hearing, tasting, experiencing and learning. The intimate Expo Foyer at MECC Maastricht will house a massive Saisonnier kitchen where a procession of internationally acclaimed Michelin star master chefs will reveal their secrets and enchant audiences during this three-day event.
